The journal Iurisdictio recognizes the importance of artificial intelligence-related innovations and understands the challenges and opportunities they entail; at the same time, it ensures that all of its publications are original, innovative, and that copyright and privacy regulations are strictly adhered to.

Authors who have used artificial intelligence tools in the writing of a manuscript, in the production of images or graphical elements of the article, or in the collection and analysis of data, are required to explicitly declare their use by including, at the end of the contribution, a Statement on the Use of Artificial Intelligence and AI-Assisted Technologies that will contain an indication of the AI tool used, the scope of application, the search queries used, and the date of use, in order to allow for reproducibility and verification.

At the end of the paper, the authors will declare that they take full responsibility for the content of the publication and that they have complied with copyright and privacy regulations.

In any case, the author remains responsible for the accuracy and correctness of any published content and guarantees compliance with the code of ethics and anti-plagiarism rules.

Editors are not allowed to upload received manuscripts within artificial intelligence software in order not to risk compromising respect for privacy and copyright.

Reviewers agree not to adopt artificial intelligence tools for manuscript evaluation because the critical thinking and original evaluation required for this work are beyond the scope of this technology.
