Abstract
Lo scritto investiga intorno agli effetti dell’introduzione delle prime norme sabaude nei territori toscani (1859-1864) in ambito penalistico, ivi compreso lo «Statuto fondamentale del Regno», nel 1860, dal lato dei risvolti giudiziari che esse fecero maturare e delle decisioni in merito della Corte di cassazione fiorentina (non più toscana, non ancora del tutto italiana).

The paper investigates the effects of the introduction of the first Savoy regulations in the Tuscan territories (1859-1864), in the criminal law field, including the «Statute Fundamental of the Kingdom», in 1860, on the side of the judicial implications that they led to develop and the decisions in this regard of the Florentine Court of Cassation (no longer Tuscan, not yet entirely Italian).
